Chief Executive Officer

Darrin Jahnel

Darrin is a CEO, entrepreneur, and AI strategist with 25+ years of experience building and scaling companies. He is the co-founder and CEO of Jahnel Group, a 150-person software consulting firm headquartered in Schenectady, NY, named to the Inc. 5000 for seven consecutive years and recognized multiple times as a Best Workplace. He also founded InfoLink, an R&D tax credit advisory company, and acquired LTI, a 50-person technology firm. A graduate of UAlbany and NYU's Stern School of Business, Darrin is a paid speaker and member of Mensa. He is high-energy, deeply committed to his family and community, and at his best when building environments where people do the best work of their lives.

Chief Financial Officer

Zach Hartman

Zach is a CFO and strategic finance operator with 15+ years of experience supporting publicly traded, private equity-backed, and owner-led companies through growth, operational change, and strategic decision-making. He serves as CFO of Jahnel Group, InfoLink, and LTI, where he leads capital strategy, banking relationships, financial operations, and long-term growth initiatives. His experience includes securing multimillion-dollar credit facilities and helping companies scale through disciplined financial leadership and strategic execution. A graduate of Siena University, Zach lives in Halfmoon and is actively involved in family, charitable, and community endeavors.

Chief Operating Officer

Jason Jahnel

Jason is an entrepreneur and operations-focused business leader with 25+ years of experience helping organizations grow with discipline, structure, and strong culture. He is the co-founder and COO of Jahnel Group, a 150-person software consulting firm headquartered in Schenectady, NY. Alongside his brother Darrin, he also acquired Logic Technologies, Inc. (LTI), a 50-person technology firm. Jason takes pride in building systems, developing people, and creating environments where teams can consistently perform at a high level. He earned his MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and is deeply involved in his family and local community, including coaching youth athletics.
